At Botanica Floral Art the single most important aspect of creating your perfect day is not the flowers or the art of design. The single most important aspect is communication. Every decision at Botanica comes after we understand what you want your wedding or event to be. Certainly the flowers are important as well as the skill of the artist creating the design, but none of it matters if it does not meet what you envision. The only way to meet that vision is thru communication.
Get used to follow-up and follow-thru. Once we understand what your vision is it does not end there.
Botanica Floral Artisans was created from our passion for personalized, fresh flower art, for the most important events in life. We believe in farm-fresh product, brought in for every event so the flowers in every Botanica creation are at their absolute best. Every personalized creation requires a minimum of 48-hour notice so that we have time to select the best product from the best suppliers and have time to properly hydrate and care for each and every flower before it goes into our floral art. For weddings and events we request at least a 30 day notice. The artisans at Botanica believe it is essential to pay close attention to every detail to ensure the event is as close to perfect as possible. We call it the Botanica difference and it starts from our core belief that we are creating art, not just a flower arrangement.
Combining the experience and talent of Flowerama with the direction of head floral artisan, Steven Sturdivant, Botanica Floral Artisans strive to provide the Columbus community with a fresh and creative take on floral art. Our website has many beautiful samples of our work but this is only a small sampling of what we can do.
Your experience with Botanica begins with a consultation where all of your ideas and pinterest boards are shared with our design team.
Amy Ward, Botanica's lead wedding and events coordinator will send you an itemized price proposal via email with a detailed explanation for each item.
When you're ready to book with us, we will request 25% of your proposal total to reserve your special event date. Toward the bottom of your proposal, it will show the 25% and offer a "pay now" option for your convenience.
Once you have secured your event date, we will reach out to you 30 days prior to your event to confirm details and collect final payment. This may be done in person or over the phone.
Your flowers will be packaged and labeled for delivery or pick up. If your event is being set up, a member of our events team will be onsite to set up prior to your event.
Steven, our lead designer will ensure that your floral designs are made by excellent hands. This is your day! Do what you love. Invite the people you want. Dance to the songs that bring you the most joy. Eat the best food you'll ever have. Most of all, spend the rest of your days with the one you love.
