How long have you been designing wedding flowers?
Our Answer: We've been designing wedding flowers since 1990. Many of our designers have worked in the industry even longer than that. We have decades of experience bringing the vision of brides to life.

Can we see a portfolio from previous weddings you have worked on?
Our Answer: Yes, we have created a gallery on our website that features some of our most recent wedding flower work. Go to the navigation bar at the top of this page and click on Gallery. We are constantly adding new weddings, so check back often.

Where can I have my wedding consultation?
Our Answer: We can have your consultation at any of our four locations or we can even meet at a location of your choice such as the venue of your wedding. We do have a spacious conference room at our Reynoldsburg location.

What is your cost for a wedding consultation?
Our Answer: Botanica offers FREE wedding consultations.

Have you done weddings at my venue before?
Our Answer: Botanica has been to most of the high profile venues in Columbus, Ohio. Having said that, there are always new places and new venues that come up that we have not had the opportunity to do a wedding at.

How many weddings or events do you have the same weekend?
Our Answer: This varies depending on the time of year. Botanica always slots enough time to do each wedding it books. We have turned down many events over the years to make sure that the first event we book is not compromised.

Is there a maximum distance you will travel to deliver my wedding flowers and how do you charge for that?
Our Answer: There is no maximum distance that we will travel to deliver a wedding. The delivery fee will be determined by several factors including distance traveled and other costs.

How do you charge: flat fee or per item? Is there a delivery charge?
Our Answer: Botanica charges per item. There is an all-inclusive fee for delivery, setup and breakdown if needed.

How much of a deposit is needed to book a wedding date?
Our Answer: 25% of the cost of your wedding or event flowers will need to be placed to reserve your specific wedding date with Botanica.

When is the final payment to Botanica due?
Our Answer: 30 days prior to your wedding or event. This is also the time of which you can make any additions or subtractions to your final order.

Is there a limit to the number of consultations I get?
Our Answer: Providing availability, there is no limit to the amount of times we can get together.

Are my favorite flowers currently in season?
Our Answer: In the event that your favorite flowers are not currently in season or available, we will be able to make suitable substitutions.

What would you consider suitable substitutions for the flowers we have discussed if these are unavailable?
Our Answer: If you choose flowers that are unavailable at the time of your wedding due to season, etcetera, we are able to make suitable substitutions that will accommodate your needs.

Is working within my budget feasible?
Our Answer: We will work diligently to accommodate your floral budget whether high, low or midrange.

What cost saving ideas do you have to keep within my wedding budget?
Our Answer: First and foremost, it is extremely helpful to already have your budget for wedding flowers in mind. Whether your budget is high or low, we will work hard to accommodate your flower budget which may include floral substitutions.

Do you charge to breakdown?
Our Answer: Botanica's fee for delivery, set up and breakdown is all inclusive and specific to the details of each event and location.
